Purchased this Brand's RO, 1.5 years ago (Mar 2025). But, filters worn out within 9 months (Dec 2025), then I changed the filter set for 1500 RS and it lasted only for 7 months. 3999Rs is okay for the product. Even if it fail within a year, you can replace a new one. I purchased along with extened warranty but its waste as the problem was, choked RO membraned, but the warranty guy said, motor is dead and needs to be replaced. But during warranty claim, they said motor sl.no mismatches and replacement of motor cannot be done. My local RO person came and checked and said, motor is perfect, mud and other sediments has choked the RO membrane. Again, I changed the filters for 1600 Rs. (Aug 2026)I used to change the prefilter every month. Even though I maintained perfectly, my filters last 6-9 months only. It all depends on the locality.
