Its not sulphurfree sugar.It triggered asthma attack on my father after few days of using it.Now again I switched to premium sulphurfree sugar though it's bit costly.Avoid it for your health. Residual sulfur (in the form of sulfites or sulfur dioxide) present in traditionally processed refined sugar can trigger asthma attacks, respiratory irritation, and allergy-like sensitivity reactions. This risk is higher in elderly individuals or anyone with pre-existing lung conditions. I have contacted them over phone,they informed me this variant is not sulphurfree.They sell M31 Simbaholi sugar as different SKU which is sulphurefree.
